Paired alongside the bold, untamed character of Bozal Mezcal, known for its small-batch, wild-harvested agave expressions from remote regions of Mexico. Bozal’s high-end, exclusive mezcals are crafted using ancestral techniques—earth ovens, tahona stone, and clay or copper distillation—capturing the raw essence of the agave and the land.
